Compliant by design

FTC 16 CFR Part 465

The FTC's Consumer Review Rule prohibits offering rewards in ways that bias ratings. Many review apps still let merchants gate a discount code on a positive review or a five-star rating. That is a violation.

Starlit Reviews conditions every reward on photo or video presence, never on rating or sentiment. The reward path is identical for a 1-star review and a 5-star review. Reviews auto-publish after spam screening, with an immutable moderation trail you can audit at any time.
